Frequently Asked Questions
What is Hyrox?
Hyrox is a competition format combining running and functional exercises. Our class is inspired by it to prepare you or simply challenge you.
Do I need to be in good shape for Hybride?
Not necessarily! Our coaches adapt each station to your level. You progress at your own pace.
How long is a Hybride class?
60 minutes including warm-up, main workout, and cool-down.
Do I need to already run or be fit for Hybride?
No. Both the running and the strength stations scale: we adjust the distance, pace, and loads to your level. You progress from where you are.
Training for a Hyrox event?
The Hybride class is perfect for that. We mirror the kind of effort a Hyrox competition demands: running segments broken up by functional stations (sled, wall balls, weighted lunges, etc.). Whether you're aiming for a specific Hyrox or just want a complete challenge, we scale the intensity to your level.
Is Hyrox for beginners?
Yes. For your first race you can enter as a team or a relay and share the stations with a partner. You don't need to be an athlete to start: we meet you where you are.
Where are the classes held?
At the MissFit studio, in the heart of downtown Montreal, in the Quartier des Spectacles, steps from the Place-des-Arts metro. A space designed for women, easy to fit in before or after work.
